Urban Venue helps people find and book curated celebration venues across Delhi NCR—weddings, mehendi, birthdays, pool parties, and more—with transparent packages starting from accessible price points and a promise of no broker / no commission surprises. The consumer website focuses on discovery, packages (like Haldi and Mehendi), complimentary food tasting, and enquiry capture. UV Connect sits beside it as the ops panel for bookings and partner coordination so the team can execute events without turning the festive public brand into a back office.
Challenges
What we faced
Event hosts want inspiration and clarity fast—venue vibes, guest capacity, and honest pricing—without decision fatigue from endless unvetted listings.
The business also needed operational control for bookings and partners, which cannot live inside the same emotional, celebration-first consumer experience.
Festive energy on the public site and practical booking workflows for the team had to feel related as one Urban Venue system, but clearly separated by audience.
Solutions
How we solved it
The website leads with curated venue discovery, occasion types, social proof, and transparent package cards, with forms that push hosts toward availability checks and bookings.
UV Connect was shaped around booking status and partner coordination so ops can track real event work off the public site.
Shared brand cues keep consumer and ops surfaces recognizably Urban Venue while each interface stays focused on its job.
Outcome
What finally came
Urban Venue now runs as a marketplace-style booking front door plus an ops panel for execution. Guests discover venues and packages with confidence; the team coordinates bookings and partners without cluttering the celebration brand.
